Just an overall GREAT experience from the moment you walk thru the door: friendly, fast and super knowledgeable. I've been taking my Audi to PR'S for over 5 years and my car continues to perform as well as it did the day I bought it.

I have always been happy with PR’s work. They are very friendly and thorough in their work in the office and in the garage. Until I moved here from TX, I had always taken my car to the Dealer for any issues. I had to go to the Dealer for a recall notice here in CA. I went home with a list of things that they recommended be repaired, and an estimate that was more than the car was worth. That has never happened at PR’s. Trust is important to me, and I have never been disappointed at PR’s.

Ben, Lori, Rachel and team have been great over the years servicing our german vehicles. Just completed a major service on the Porsche Macan to replace the defective bolts on the timing chain cover. We feel confident the work was done well and a fair price. We have recommended them in past and will continue to use them.
