While there was nothing wrong with my car except that, embarrisingly, I had run out of gasoline (!), their service and follow-up were very welcome.

We have recently had two European brand cars serviced here, one Audi and one Mercedes. Both repairs were done at fair prices in a timely fashion and with good communication. The Audi repair was complex because of prior work being done incorrectly. We will continue to use PRs and dont hesitate to recommend them to others.
